- Ask for more information. Really. If you have a fillable form for information, take a moment and fill it out. What happens? Do you get an email thanking you for your inquiry? Is there any response at all? Did the form “submit” properly from your browser? Was it easy to use? Were you able to ask specific questions or make a comment?
- SEO (search engine optimization) is vital to a strong online presence. Do you have SEO on your website? Are you using keywords? Are you updating your information on different online directories (Bing, Google Plus, Yahoo, etc.)?
